How to make devild eggs?

The way I make my deviled eggs are not like any others. I use my mom's recipe. You know what to do up to smashing the cooked yolk. For a dozen eggs I use 1/2 cup melted butter, a small amount of apple cider vinegar (to taste), salt and pepper. Don't add too much liquid to the yolks though. Then you can pipe it into the egg white with the piping tools as were mentioned in a previous answer. I will then sprinkle a bit of cayenne on each egg just for the color. Making them this will assure that they won't spoil at a picnic, (because of the mayo). Also the butter helps to keep the yolks together. The vinegar is what makes them deviled.
