The Best Cupcake Recipe?

My friend and I are organizing a bake sale next week at school. All profits are going to Japan, so we need to sell as many cupcakes as possible. Ideally the recipe will produce a lot of cupcakes in every one batch as well as tasting really sexy. If you could also include a recipe for that swirly frosting that goes on top, that would be really great too :)
