Tomato plants have disease?

Might not be parasites at all. Could be a virus, some of which are soil borne. It could be Tobacco Mosaic Virus, or Leaf Mold. It wouldn't hurt to use just some plain soap and water on them, but if it were me I would take a sample of both to a nursery like Armstrong's or Home Depot. Some place with a certified nursery man/woman. Also take a small sample of the soil around them. If it is a soil borne virus you won't be able to plant there until the soil has been sterilized.
