My Safari and iPhoto wont work on my mac. Please help?

So those are the only two programs that are not working, correct? If it is a wireless router you are connecting to, restart that. If you can or cannot, go up to the airport thing in the menu bar. It looks like a signal indicator, and make sure you are connected to your network. Next, restart the airport by clicking Turn Airport Off, and then clicking Turn Airport On. I assume you used a cell phone or a friend's computer to post this question. Please edit with your response to this, and I will provide more details.
