How long does it take for SSRI/Paxil to kick in?

anywhere from 4-6 weeks.....some people it could take up to 8 weeks, but thats rare...im glad to hear you are sober, thats a big accomplishment im glad for you....i too have major panic attacks, but i take lexapro i hope you feel better, hope i helped...take care hon....
