Can I have nice holidays in Huelva, Spain?

Me and my husband love to go in holidays in a proper spanish place (culture, flamenco bars, traditional spanish food, historical place, nice beaches, good hotels and lovely parks). I don't like too over crowded places where are only tourists that do stag and hen party and get sick in the streets. I want to be in the heart of Spain and not only in a rubbish resort that offers towels and swimming pool and booze. I think Cadiz, Huleva and Bilbao are my choices but I don't know what to choose. Bilbao is quite cool in September so propably Huelva is nice.
