Do you think those who drink and drive, got into a accident, ended up in critical condition deserves a ticket?

Yes they deserve to get a ticket. Why should they get a break from all the punishments that a DUI has to offer just because that person got hurt? Him being hurt doesn't mean he didn't make an incredibly stupid decision for it and still should pay money. What kind of justice system would say "It's ok as long as you get hurt"?
