I rode dirty ... What should I expect ?

I was riding in my 84' cutlass supreme .... me and my friend were toking on a blunt ... Got pulled over because I didnt signal when i pulled out of 7/11 ... Cops smells it ... searched us .... found the weed and several bags .... my friend had an open 40oz and i was drunk too ... They impounded the car to strip it an search ... i had more booze hidden in a secret compartment .... Should i expect to lose my liscense or what?
