Whats the best way to get this guy to make out with me...?

Okay, so me and this guy we'll call him H. have known each-other basically our whooooole lives,over the summer i just wanna have some fun, and we go up to our cottage alot, where he has one too, so we hang out quite a bit, sometimes we have booze too. How can i get him to make out with me?
