Where can I get a lollipop as big as my head?

For a long time, I have wanted a really big taffy. I want the lollipop to be literally as big as my head. And I don't want it to be one of those flat swirly ones either, I want it to be one of those full round oval ones. Do you think they make them this big and any idea on how I would go about attaining one? Or would I just have to try and attempt to make one myself, if that's even possible?
