Why are people from country towns/rural America so ugly compared to affluent suburbs and the city?

I don't understand this, please explain . Why is it that when you go to a nice rich suburb or a rich trendy area of a big city, that the people are so much better looking than people that grow up in farm towns for example? These good looking people from the rich areas look so good. But then you go to a farm town and the women are fat and they have blisters on their hands and so forth. Its pretty disgusting to be honest. Also alot of them are missing teeth. LOL I don't understand why its so hard to find good looking women in rural America. Not saying that there isn't any, but its like finding a needle in a haystack.
