Friend is using me to buy booze? What to say?

I'm turning 21, and my "friend" wants me to buy booze for her since she's only 18. we're gonna be sophomores in college (and roomates). I don't think I should say straight "I'm not going to buy you alcohol", perhaps something more clever? Any ideas? I really want to shut her up cuz she's incredibly annoying.
