I saw a girl and i think i fancy her but i am not good at all when it comes to girl.any suggestions?

Hi i saw a girl on a dance floor in Doha and i from the first i thought she of my kinda girl.. but the problem with me is i am not a good starter when it comes to girls so can any body help me on this keeping in view that she seems to belong to India or Pakistan (well it doesnot matter at all for me). what should be my first step if i see her again there.. how do i start considering 100% success. by the way she use to come with her friend and are accompanied by 2 or 3 guys whom dont really show any kinda care for then and are busy with booze.. i have seen her on two consecutive weekends and i am optimistically sure she will be there on the next one...!!
