Should we send a computer to my sister in law?

We have a $2500 computer to send to my sister in law. But last time we sent her money to buy her kid a bike she used it on booze and weed and no bike. And she has some sentimental items that she refuses to send to us, even after we offered to pay for shipping. Now she says she will send them if we send her the computer which she claims she really really needs. What should we do?
