What sort of hair and make up should i do for my grad?

my dress is short and sweet with small sort of swirly details. with rouchinfg on the waist with a nice cut little bow. my shoes are tall and black. i like to have fun with my reddish hair. i'd prefer it down its to my mid-back? i need it to stand out and really say "ME!". for make up i am at loss... should i do sun kissed? classic smokey eye? old Hollywood? i do like bright red lips :) PLEASE HELP ME!!
